Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
A: We despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt via First Class Mail and your order may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Q; Will my order fit through my letter box?
A: Yes, we despatch all products separately for ease of delivery, so that they fit through your letter box.

Q: I keep trying to place my order online, however each time I complete the payment the screen takes me back to previous page, what is wrong?
A: There are compatibility problems with the Safari web browser and we would suggest that if you are using Safari that you use the FireFox web browser to place your order.

Q: Can I use Celadrex Advanced if I suffer with Diabetes?
A: Celadrex Advanced does not raise blood sugar levels and is suitable for individuals suffering from Diabetes, however please always seek medical advice prior to using any health supplement.

Q: Can I use Celadrex Advanced if I have a shellfish allergy?
A: Yes, as there are no marine compounds or ingredients in our product.

Q: Can I split or crush the tablets?
