Unhappy with Celadrex? We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any aspect of Celadrex we will offer you an exchange or refund providing the product is returned within 30 days. For further information, please refer to our refund policy below.

We guarantee the quality, purity and potency of our Celadrin products . Celadrex.co.uk will never retail or disribute any products that have been used or returned. We hope that all our customers will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. However, we do realise that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you wish to return a product, then please note the following important information:

Returns Within 30 Days

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a store credit, exchange or refund. All returned items must be sent back to Celadrex.co.uk within the required timeframe (no later than 30 days from purchase date). They must be accompanied by your original delivery note / invoice to allow us to swiftly and efficiently process your return.

Requesting a Return

To inquire about returning a product to Celadrex.co.uk, please contact us at info@celadrex.co.uk and provide your name, customer order number and a brief description of the problem. We will then email to you detailed instructions on how to return your package us.

Important Information

Please note that we cannot accept any returned merchandise that arrives without a Returns Authorisation from Celadrex.co.uk . Also please be aware that any credit to be issued cannot be fully processed until we have received your returned merchandise at our warehouse. Postage for the shipment of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Refunds

All refunds are usually processed with 21 days of receipt at our warehouse and a refund is authorised and processed in the payment form you originally used for your purchase ( if you purchased using your credit card the refund is applied back to your card) all cheque and cash purchases from Celadrex.co.uk are refunded by way of a cheque. Please note all refunds are for the product/s value only, we do not refund postage costs.
